MAKE FEARLESS DECISIONS TOGETHER

Learn how to design the future of your relationship

What is a unified decision?

A unified decision is when two people disengage from the tug of war, and start walking down the same path. They are based on these values:

  • Recognize that you and your partner share the same goals and constraints
  • Be honest about what you and your partner really want, without making assumptions
  • Equal commitment towards achieving the best outcome for the relationship

relationship coaching for fearless couples

UDM is an alternative to traditional couples therapy, by teaching couples how to apply strategic model thinking in their relationships. UDM creates a unique space for you and your partner to face important challenges in your life. By following these steps, you will learn planning and communication techniques that will change the way you face big decisions together.

Values & Constraints Lay out and prioritize what's really important to you and your partner, and the challenges that you both face.

our reviews

Sean & Eli "Our lives were chaos and things were tense between us. Getting couples therapy with UDM helped us to find the common threads in what we thought were conflicting priorities, and to start envisioning new possibilities for our future together. And to our surprise, the future that we initially wrote off as a pipe dream became the one we're now building. We highly recommend it to all couples out there."

Anna & Charles "UDM showed us that we did not need to have a wedding before we had a baby. It was helpful to see our partner's values spelled out so clearly for each other. It has given us a new tool that we are likely to use the next time we have a big couple decision to make."
