Unified Decision Making (UDM) is an experimental system that helps groups of people make decisions. UDM is both a process and a tool. The process guides the group discussion and collects input from the team. The tool is a multi-criterion model that aggregates individual preferences with weighted values to determine the desirability and feasibility of possible outcomes.
UDM is currently being tested on two types of users: Couples (2) and Teams (3+). The goal of this research is to assess the scale of the framework, the rate of user acceptance for this kind of group interaction, and the market interest. Check out the trial pages below for more information.
